Reimbursement

Partly used return tickets and saver tickets can be reimbursed within one year of issue: return tickets by the difference between the ticket price and the price of a single fare on the line + a handling charge. Saver tickets by the difference between the saver ticket price and the price of a single fare on the line + the number of clips used + a handling charge.

Reimbursement of unused tickets and saver tickets is calculated based on standard fares at the time of reimbursement.

Tickets/cards bought from a travel agency are refunded by the same agency.

No compensation is granted for lost tickets.
